Initial version of Cluster Community System Tool document has been published The document presents the final shape of the Cluster Community System (CluCS) tool which results from an interactive process of progressive improvements. CluCS is an IT platform which functions as a connector between the Cluster’s different sub-systems and allows a coordinated management of multiple hubs with different specializations creating synergies and linking the Cluster to different TEN-T corridors.
